What makes us special?

Flour

Paninos are made from a special flour, prepared from three ingredients & yeast. That flour comes from a "Secret recipe".

 

Composition

Due to their crunchy crust surface, paninos are brittle but at the same time soft in the inside. The water used for the dough is always cold.

Gourmet

Τhe different hydration of panino's dough makes it much digestible. It contains less carbohydrates, fat and salt. It is a super-organic and GOURMET product.

Aroma

Their rich aroma is achieved by proper fermentation time and the use of yeast. Yeast enables high assimilation and assists in the proofing process.

  • Take the panino out of the freezer.
  • Defrost it inside a bag at room temperature so that it will not become dehydrated.
  • Alternatively, remove the panino from the freezer and place it in the refrigerator a few hours before use.
  • Add the ingredients of your choice.
  • Preheat oven prior to baking.
  • Bake it in 250 °C for about 1-2 min in the conventional heating mode or 220 ° C in fan mode (depending on the power of your oven).
  • Ready to serve.
